Why did I create this blog?
I realized that in colleges and universities, exams assess if you've actually absorbed a book’s content. But what about those of us who read for understanding? How can we know if we’re truly learning? I found that while I read a lot, I wasn’t always retaining or fully grasping everything. I wanted to make the most of the time I invested in reading. So, I began a self-assessment process: creating questions from each book and answering them as I progressed. This approach has been incredibly helpful! It not only deepens my understanding but also strengthens my memory, which, in turn, enriches my public speaking—giving me more solid content to share in each speech. I decided to share this approach here to connect with like-minded readers, helping us all get more from what we read.
